Do you have a template I can use to customize my label?
- Yes! Use our Canva template to design your custom label. Open the template, make a copy, and personalize it as desired. Once your design is ready, save it as a PDF (print) and submit it through our Google Form to start production.
- The label size is 1.5" x 1.5". Be sure to include bleed in your pdf file.
What formats do you accept for artwork files?
- Preferred formats: Vector files in Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .pdf) with fonts as outlines and images embedded. Photoshop files (.psd, .jpeg, .tiff, .gif, .bmp) must be 600 PPI at actual size. Files must be Mac-compatible. We do not accept CorelDraw (.cdr), Word (.doc), or PowerPoint (.ppt) files.
Sending Art Files
- Submit final designs through our Google Form.
Sizing
- Use fonts no smaller than 6 points. Artwork will be adjusted to standard sizing unless specified otherwise.
Will my artwork look the same on a label as a computer screen?
- Printed colors may vary from screen colors. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

- Customers are responsible for verifying copyright permissions for submitted files. Milwaukee Candle Company is not liable for managing copyright status and may request written permission if needed.

When lighting your candle, be sure to allow a consistent burn for 1-3 hours or until you achieve a melt pool (liquefied wax on the top layer of a burning candle) from each side of the container. This prevents your candle from tunneling.
Caring For Your Cotton-Wicked Candle

Safety
Always keep a burning candle within sight, and out of reach of children and pets
Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time
Trim candlewicks to 1/4” inch each time before burning
Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times
Be sure the candle is placed on a stable, heat resistant surface
Be extra careful, and discontinue burning a candle when 1/4 inch of wax remains in the container
