Lavender Menace // Soy Candle

Our signature 2024 Pride 11oz Soy Candle is both calming, menacing, and for a good cause! Soothing notes of lavender are lifted with a bright grapefruit and grounded with a spicy black pepper. Lavender Menace was an informal group of lesbian feminists formed to protest the exclusion of lesbians and their issues from the feminist movement in the 70s. 

This candle was created in collaboration with local artist Jai Brink who designed the signature holographic label. 

With each candle purchase, Milwaukee Candle Co will donate $6 to the Milwaukee LGBTQ Community Center who has nurtured an inclusive, diverse, and safe LGBTQ+ center since 1997. They've been working to meeting their fundraising goal to help maintain their current operations and the Leonard Litz Foundation has offered a matching grant of $25,000 – but there's a catch - they need to raise an additional $25,000 to unlock this generous match.
